The wine list is a very important component at Noemi's, and it is divided into two parts:

• Seasonal Wines, is the title of the first part. A dynamic selection of bottles that change as the season unfolds. The labels divided into categories are designed to best complement the cuisine of the tradition that chooses products linked to the cycle of the seasons and Km0. Each wine is also available by the glass to best accompany our customers.
• The second part is dedicated to the wine of the territory, the real protagonist. In which the different labels of Emilia and Romagna are narrated and proposed according to the area of production and the grape variety they belong to. 

Ferrarese craft beer is always a pleasant discovery with traditional dishes.
Finally, there is no shortage of wine bottles and references to complete the Italian panorama.
We have chosen producers in love with their wine who offer us virtuous agriculture with respect for the environment.
Numerous are the bottles awarded by Slow Wine and Gambero Rosso, the gastronomic guides in which Noemi has always been recognized and valued.
Maria Cristina and Luca are both professional AIS sommeliers. In the dining room Dorotea and Simone are in the midst of their training.
At Via Vittoria 69, in our new small room, the Wine Library comes to life where you can taste delicious wines.
